More From Quilt Odyssey 2014

‘”When Flowers Bloom” was made by Linda T. Cooper from Virginia.  She won Judge’s Choice.  It’s hard to appreciate this quilt in a photograph.  The flowers are suspended inside the circles.  As the air moves, the flowers rotate.  Very interesting concept and very unique.  To find out more about Linda visit her website http://www.lindacooperquilts.com/
